MARSHMALLOW FONDANT IS HERE!!! Yes, you read right. If you have tried store bought fondant you know that it is, well...BLAH! It's just awful! Don't get me wrong I love working with it, but can't stand the taste. So, I found a perfect recipe for Marshmallow Fondant, & it's so good! If you like marshmallows, this is right up your alley!

Marshmallow fondant goes on a cake smooth, like fondant, & gives your cake that professional modern look. Any flavor or color. Raspberry,Orange,Chocolate,Strawberry,Lemon,Almond,Mint,Lime,Cherry,Vanilla...etc. The best part is that it is no extra charge to have your cake or cupcakes covered!

What a week...

WOW...Where have I been?????

Well, I took a break from throwing my page out there every day via facebook, but no worries my friends I'm back!!!!! So expect lots of annoying reminders about Finkles :) I have been really busy lately. Bithday cakes, Basketball cakes, & making yummy treats! Recently I made my stepdad Johnny a GA Budlight cake. It was so much fun. Here's a picture of my fondant bulldog drinking the spilled beer.....

New Holiday Flavors!!!!

I can't even believe that it is already December! Where has the yr. gone? I know, I haven't been the best blogger lately,I appologize. I have been doing my research & testing & am hapy to bring to you 4...yes 4 new holiday flavors!!!!

Peppermint Bliss- a dark chocolate cake w/ a hint of pepper falvor topped w/ a silky creamcheese frosting sprinkled w/ crushed candy cane.

Sweet Bubbly- a luscious champagne cake filled w/ an orange curd, topped wth a smooth cahmpagne butter cream frosting....my version of a mimosa!

Ginger Twist- A yummy pear cake with a hint of crystalized ginger, topped with a honey buttercream.

Cran-Orange Delight- a yellow cake with dried cranberries mixed in topped off with a smooth orange buttercream.

**Remember all cupcakes can be made as a custom order ( decorated to your events theme. ) or left as they are. There is no price difference!!!**

Busy,busy,busy!!!

Over this past weekend I managed to bake 6 dozen cupcakes, frost them & make pretty fondant decoration for them! Boy, what a work load!!! Exhausted as I was, I loved every minute of it! I'm so happy that Ms. Ava & family loved her Hannah Montana cupcakes! The party was a blast!!!

Also, a super huge thank you to Ms. Jessi Barton, for trusting me to make cupcakes for her Relay for Life More Birthday's Event!!! I really enjoyed making these!

Busy November!

Thanks everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday! It was a good one! The countdown has offically begun on New Moon!!! 18days & counting ;]!
